So say someone was eligible to use the IBM rate as a contractor. And has the credentials to prove it. But clearly they don't book through the designated travel agency and instead use hyatt.com. Then what?

Why on earth have they got it on the website if they don't want people to book it? At least it should just say "Do Not Book" without listing the benefits.
