I have only managed entry to the CCR a few times - and usually have retreated to the Flounge after getting frustrated with the slow service - but I am always surprised at how relatively quiet the CCR terrace is compared to the Flounge terrace. I think there is a food outlet / coffee shop right under the Flounge from which the clinking of cutlery and crockery seems to emanate constantly.
