I'm flying tomorrow SIN-LHR in Y. Y and W are full, but J and F have space. I have read that if you are SCH/GCH, it's best to OLCI early ex-T5 as the back office will op-up. But ex-SIN, should I OLCI early or wait for the airport?

Also, does BA ever upgrade you at OLCI? (I have seen it in IB, but not BA)
