Yes, they are all legal. However, he intends to let his Zimbabwe citizenship lapse as soon as he has finished shifting his assets elsewhere - he has to visit Zimbabwe on a regular basis, in order to do this. He visits Zimbabwe and South Africa twice a year, at least.
