I agree, but for many I guess it doesn't register
EDIT: I fly for my job, so I have a set number of flights every year. I stick with Delta 90% of the time. I have earned about 200k SM, which is enough for a J ticket overseas. I have been bumped to first class approximately 20 times in 2012. I already have 20k mqm's this year thanks to rollover. I get free bags. I get to pick exit row seating, and seating up front on the CRJ200, you can't even do that with paid first class. I have tried before becoming an FO. I get priority boarding, and sky priority baggage tags much of the time. In many airports I get to use the expedited lines. I have an FO help number, which is pretty decent.
I got all of this for free for flying somewhere I was going to go anyway. In full disclosure I took two or three Delta flights this year where I would have likely taken US Air if not for the FF program. What do I have to complain about??? Please tell me I am being serious.

And waived change fees on award tickets for PM and DM isn't really a benefit either, because I can just pay the $150 to change my tickets. I mean how on earth is getting something for free a benefit when you can just pay to get the same thing???
