Let me think about FO benefits
25% bonus - Its nice but doesn't amount to much.
Priority boarding - Well thats being sold by DL so no real benefit now.
Selecting of Priority Seats - Again I don't see much value as an FO only is able to select some seats of which used to be available.
One free bag - Thats the real value of being an FO IMO.
Comp Upgrades - So far and few between that again Delta is willing to sell via FCM. But for I guess thats ok right even though if this was a FCM thread almost everyone would be on board and would be calling is a devaluing the medallon program.

So based on my opinion I see less value than previously.

I also love what people see as a complaint is really someone voicing their opinion. I would love for FO benefits to be better but I do not see the value anymore and was voicing this opinion.
