We have used a US wii in Europe after we bought a universal power supply for a few $$ on ebay. It’s one that works on 110&220.

However keep in mind that the games are country coded.

In our case that was okay, but you will not be able to play games from the country you are visiting.

Don't know how this is on xbox.
