Can CX/KA serve some traditional Chinese food? Both Hong Kong and Taipei are known to be Chinese cuisine heaven, surly they can come up with a dish or two as signature dish. Korean Airlines has bimbimbop as their signature dish, surly CX and KA can do better than the "Beef Steak" or whatever generic western dishes they serve.
