I just sent the OP an offer to do a joint call with him to the 1K desk (such as it is these days), in hopes that they might go a bit further to help. However, if there's a kindly GS out there who would be willing to do the same, I'm guessing it would be more likely to work. Anyone still have a bit of the Christmas spirit hanging around?
