I believe that might be the number to Satellite taxi. Prices to the airport will tend to be lower than from the airport.

After staying at the Sheraton, which is a Cat 2... I think that the Westin is not worth the money or points. Upgrades are easy to get at the Sheraton, it has a lounge with a huge breakfast every morning and tons of snacks and champagne after 3pm. Also, there is a brand new mall located right next to the Sheraton.
