I guess this is as good a place as any to ask this. I am travelling regularly in J from Man to BLR. On my recent retrun trip (EK21) the aircraft was downgraded to a 2 class 777 ER. Is this a regular event or was it just because of a very light load on Xmas eve (only 7 paid J)? I found the aircraft inferior to the usual 3 class 777 as it lacked Ice Digital widescreen and I found the bed to not be as flat or as long.
