The inaugural ANA flight from SJC departs on January 11, 2013, so the SJC Club is supposed to be open by then. BUT this link indicates the club is ALREADY open:

I will be on the inaugural ANA flight in Economy, so I will use my free Priority Pass Select membership that came with my Amex Platinum card to access the SJC Club. A Priority Pass Select cardholder is entitled to exactly the same benefits as any other Priority Pass member, including access to over 600 airport VIP lounges worldwide, except that a Select member cannot access United Club lounges.
