Indian Vegetarian Meal

I ordered the Indian Veg meal for my flights (strangely so did many non-Indians around me!), and thought it'd be useful to post what I had since special meals aren't described very often on Flyertalk. The meals were a bit too similar to each other, but I have to say that the quality was just outstanding -- better than recent 9W, SQ, or BA longhaul flights in J.
LUNCH:
Starter:
Dahi Vada
Spinach salad with lemon/olive oil dressing
Main:
Mattar Paneer, Saag Makai (spinach and corn), and Black Daal served with a saffron pulao.
Naan
Cucumber raita
Mixed pickle
Dessert: Rasagulla
DINNER:
Starter: Fruit plate
Main:
Shahi Paneer (cottage cheese in a cashew-nut cream sauce), Saag Aloo, and Masala Roongi (Black-eyed pea curry) served with steamed white rice

Cucumer raita
Mixed pickle
Dessert: Rasamalai
