We stayed one night at Astro Crowne Plaza New Orleans. The hotel bill had one in-room movie charge. I talked to the front desk agent. She said we ordered the movie "flat" (don't even heard about this movie before) at 6：15 PM and watched for 2 hours. But we were not in our room between 5:30 to about 10 PM. The agent and her manager refused to remove that charge. What should I do?
