If I were you, I would pick when I arrive.

Cotai Water Jet is not as frequent as Turbojet. But Cotai can get you where you want.

So I would pick based on my arrival.

IMHO - it does not worth to pay extra to pay first class. Regular seats are not that bad, especially you arrive from a flatbed J.
