Give it a few days to credit the extra 10%. This is normal according to Marriott. I ordered $1K gift cards a few weeks ago and had the same problem. I checked immediately when I got them and it says $1000 online and on the small business card sized slip. After a short while (forgot if it was a day or so or maybe more), it showed the extra $100 online for me.
