My friend with Silver status has a cancelled reservation. We called in to use the credit to book a new flight and was told the change fee was $250. I thought it was $150 but was told $150 for domestic and $250 for international. Could not find anything on the site. Anyone know about this? This is a paid flight, not an award flight.
