But if you don't think so, then the easiest thing is for you to talk her admin through the process of making a reservation on line - all 3 rooms under her name. (or if you have a great degree of trust, then ask for her MR password and do it yourself. I have access to all my friends' loyalty accounts - what am I going to do, steal their points? )

Then call MR Customer Service and add the alternate names to the appropriate rooms so that you can each check in regardless of arrival time.
You will not be required to present a different credit card at check-in, just ID.

Doing it this way, her card will carry the hold and the charge for this stay.

One thing I just thought of - I don't know how it works, but can she get a Plat Challenge?
