Since she's paying for 3 rooms I want her to get the points for all 3 rooms as the bill will be hefty. Again, night credit is irrelevant to her. Also, she often picks up the tab for meals/drinks at hotel even when we tell her we'll split it. She's very generous. No guarantee she'll do that again, but it wouldn't surprise me (last year I bought her a gift as a thank you, as I wasn't expecting her to pick up the tab for meals).

If I can get Plat bennies great, but if I have to give them up to make it work better/easier I'm willing to do that. I can always sign up for a week of worldwide Boingo to cover the i-net, and I might be able to talk my way into lounge access since I stay at the property a lot.

We don't need to be on the same floor. Last year we weren't. Just met in the lounge or in the lobby or restaurant.

If everyone does their own card for incidentals, we've all got the holds for room rate + incidentals (ie, $2,500/room or credit card for this stay; thank you crap exchange rate) even if she ultimately pays for the other rooms in the end. The bad thing about the holds is (at least for my credit card co) is that the holds stay on for 8 days before releasing and since I've got another stay there a few days later then I'm getting a double hit. So on the one hand having the hold for all 3 rooms going on her unlimited credit limit card is a bonus, but if it's better to split it to go on individual cards will make it work. Just need to make sure that the holds for all 3 rooms won't go on my card.

What I need to do is find out if they've already booked their rooms & how they did it. I can't imagine either of them doing a prepay but need to check. Evidently her assistant screwed up the airline ressie, so if she did the room who knows.

The other thing I need to find out is if they're ok w/ me possibly doing 3 room reservations & adding them on as additional names, or if she prefers it all under hers for simplicity's sake. Neither one of them are travel/elite program savvy, so they may think it complicated unless I can convince them of the benefits.
