It depends, if you are flying on with BA then use the lounges (especially the first lounge which does a reasonable breakfast menu). If this is your last stop then the arrivals lounge, though pretty limited in fare (basically a continental breakfast) has decent showers and a light environment. Used the lounge on Jan 1st and the duty staff were extremely pleasant, polite and attentive.
