Prior to the past couple years of repeated "enhancemnts", Marriott.com used to be the best hotel web site out there.

Now it is one of the worst IMO. Not user friendly at all, and downright dysfunctional in certain aspects. I have complained to Marriott ad nauseum with no success.

Now I call the PP line, which in itself is a joke.
