I have a separate Facebook account for businesses that offer discounted products if you "like" them. Since I don't appreciate seeing that sort of thing (Kathy likes Overstock.com) in my Facebook, I assume that my friends don't want it either. Each account has its own email address linked to it and I access one using Chrome and the other using Firefox. My second account uses a made up name of mostly consonants and is a very lonely and friendless soul.
