My list came out longer than I thought it would, but still no where close to others on this forum....

Airbus A300, A318, A319, A320, A321, A330, A340, A380.
Boeing 727, 737, 747, 757, 767, 777
Embraer E170, E190
Fokker 50 (too many times to enjoy it), 70, 100
Dornier 328
ATR 72
BAe 146

And some awful Tristar which was chartered to take us all down to Bermuda for the weekend for a company team building thingy...

Missed out on Concorde and wished I had missed out on the TriStar. Looking forward to the 787.
