BA lounge is next to KLM lounge but it has never been open at the time of the CX flight.

The KLM lounge doesn't have much to offer, and can get very crowded. Suggest you don't get there too early. If you're in transit I feel for you because YYZ terminal 3 is pretty barren when it comes to amenities.
