Question is, other than airfare what can these vouchers be used for? Hotel bookings by chance via CX?
Input on alternative ways to spend the vouchers would be greatly appreciated.

The catch is they give out vouchers freely for you to use on return CX flights if you are lucky to trade things on board before expiry, otherwise you are SOL. Or sell them on eBay as "Cathay Pacific vouchers" as 5 separate $150 deals, you will rather be surprised how many people will bid for them. I will expect to recevied a 50% cash returns. If this catches on CX will have these vouchers as non-transferable in future.
