In November? No, not very cold, just cold. It's very cold in January
It was a few degrees below freezing overnight on each of the two days I spent there, but warmed up to about 40 or so degrees during the day. All I wore were jeans and turtleneck under a sweater and a light windbreaker and I was fine.
Now a doctor in the practice where I work just got back, and tells me it was down to 1 F (-14 C). That's very cold
