I kept to my plan today, except for the 9 Hershey's kisses and the 1 mini Krackel I ate at work. So, subtract another 7 weekly points or so. I did limit myself to 9 Hershey's kisses.

Although, I did have to walk a block each way from my car for happy hour, if that helps.

I had no idea how routine dependent my healthy life journey is. We packed up the moving truck on the 16th and have been wanderers since. As we were packing it become harder to cook at home. I knew that the road to FL would be tough but once we got to my parents' it was hard to keep on track. My mom has a new favorite neighborhood bakery that she is trying to keep in business.

Our furniture was delivered last week but we only started living in the new apartment on the 31st (when the cats joined us). I have no idea how much weight I have gained since I haven't been to weight watchers since school let out.

I have cooked dinner twice, though. And I'm cooking dinner again tonight. That's the only success I can muster this week. Argh!.
Sometimes, baby steps are the ones that matter! You'll get through it, and will establish new routines soon!
