V-Pay Card: Useless Piece of Plastic Outside Europe?
V-Pay is indeed useless outside Europe, since I use my debit card at ATMs in the US quite a bit, I told my bank to issue a new Mastro Card instead of V-Pay when my old debit card was about to expire at end of last month.
