Scan your invoice and reply to their email. They will credit your stay almost immediately.
I think it will be counted as stay in 2012, the date of stay matters not the date of posting.

I have now stayed at the Ghent location and checked out 9 days ago and nothing has posted yet. I wrote to Marriott to inquire about it and they mentioned "When a hotel has your account number on file, your stay will post to your account within ten days after check-out. Please allow up to four weeks for properties located outside of the United States."
That's the first time I was staying at a Marriott outside of the US for a paid stay and wanted to know how long it usually takes to get the account credited with the points.
And do you know if those nights would count toward 2012 or 2013. I would assume 2012 but since they will be posted in 2013, I have a doubt.
Thanks!
Edit: by the way, the staff was very friendly at that hotel, and the location was great. First time in Belgium and I loved Ghent and Bruges. Wonderful cities!
