Are there any flight tools where you can set up fare alerts and use the flight departure time to restrict the results? An example would be XXX-YYY on 1/3/2013 AFTER 5 PM? Or even in one of the standardized time ranges some of the search engines typically use (e.g., between noon and 5 PM)?

I have a couple of flights coming up with some narrow time restrictions, and it is painful setting up multiple days and then scrolling through to find the couple that are around the needed times.
