US Based Cell phone for international travel - comparison

I've been doing some research (in hopes of giving Big Red the big middle finger soon), and here's what I have come up with so far for current publicly available plans. Is there anything I am missing?

National Carriers:
AT&T - Provides domestic and international service under 1 line/device, international data is a package add on.

Verizon - Provides domestic and international service under 1 line/device (must be global device, such as some Droids or BB9930), international data is a package add on.

T-Mobile - Provides domestic and international service under 1 line/device, international data is a per MB charge only.

Sprint - Provides domestic and international service under 1 line/device, international data is a package add on, limited countries.

Is there anything I am missing? My first choice is T-Mo, but not if $20/MB is the only option.
