I'm very surprised by this to be honest. When T2 opens in 2014, BA flights will progressively move to T3/T5, so it's a pretty short-term investment in the lounge space in T1.
I guess we'll just see updated furniture rather than any major hard changes - furniture can be moved easily, whereas bars etc. would be less easy to move.
