The cheapest way to meet T+ requirements is taking TB flights. Most TB flights book in T+, except for ones connecting onto Tango int'l and certain vacation-heavy flights such as YYZ-MCO or YVR-OGG. If it's priority check-in and MLL access you're looking for, couldn't you just get an Amex Aeroplan Plat and not worry about status at all?
