Got this about 30 mins ago. My info was entered correctly (as far as I know).

In order to verify your Amazon Payments account, you will need to re-enter information that was provided when the Amazon Payments account was created. This information includes contact information for the person who is responsible for the Amazon Payments account, tax information, and date of birth (for accounts owned by an individual or sole proprietor).

To enter this information, please sign into https://payments.amazon.com and follow the instructions in the banner to complete your payment profile and provide the missing or incorrect information. Please make sure to enter the information exactly as it appears on your tax information and legal documents.

You can also verify your account by following these steps:
1) Sign into your Amazon Payments account
2) Click the Edit My Account Settings link at the top of the page
3) Click Verify My Account Information and submit the requested information.

If this option is not available, please look for “Edit my SSN, legal name, primary address” to change your personal information including your primary address, SSN or EIN, and other required information.
