Absolutely.
On a side note, I had an interesting conversation with an agent a few days ago over the ticketing delays UA has experienced post-3/3. She seemed to have much more insight into the ticketing queues than the usual agent--she indicated there were several different queues, and could see where the request was in the queue, and stayed on the phone with me until it ticketed.
