You know same thing here - No email for Platinum or Diamond. From a CS persepctive this drives me nuts, considering in 2011 I got them for Silver and Gold.
I emailed customer service to see what was up and was told 'please double check your email is added in your profile given new website changes, etc. Also congratulations!"
Anyone else not receiving emails? Waiting on my Diamond package.
