I intended to get a lot of walking in during the week between Xmas & NY - but I screwed up my knee (not exercise related), and I've been limping for a few days like a 90-year-old bag lady (no offense to bag ladies).
I did buy some healthier food & I'm hoping the knee will be better by the beginning of next week.

I have knee issues too, and I've found that the
Paisley and Company Muscle Relief Balm works wonders. It may take a day or two to work, but it really helps me.
