Moving back home from college in June 2009, my roommates & I split stuff we bought evenly & I got the PS3 since it was the smallest item and I had to travel the longest distance home. I put it in the PS3 original package & then in my gigantic bag full 'o' crap. Lo & behold, I get to Texas and it's raining. I see my bag coming out of the plane & I can see the shape of the box, no doubt getting wet. I get my bag on the carousel & see the box is wet, but the PS3 is undamaged. Score 1 for checking in a PS3.
