Dubai Transit - Any time limit for luggage?
I will fly JRO-ADD-DXB-HKG with 16hrs transit in 2 separate tickets/airlines (i.e.JRO-DXB with Ethiopian & DXB-HKG with CX). I can check my luggage through to HKG but wonder if there is any time limit at DXB that you must check your luggage through customs as I have to apply visa to land DXB soil.
