The 850 capacity of the A380 is only theoretical. Most airlines have it configured for less than 600pax (still 150-200 more than a 77W). The reason: 800 people cannot be evacuated in a given time as in case of an emergency.

the longest long haul flights are operated by a 777 or 340. The longest A380 is the 12800 km (still impressive) LAX-MEL flight.
