For a room on an amazing beach and great snorkeling my top pick would be Caneel Bay. However, I don't know that it will fit your room and dining requirements. I was concerned when we stayed that it would be too rustic and hands-off from a service perspective. It ended up being one of our all time favorite vacations. It truly is a magical place.
