It's probably due to the holiday week. Did you pay for an exec lounge room or is your access complimentary? If comped, due to G/P, then since this is truly a comp and not guaranteed at Courtyards I'd say you hove no lege to stand on. IF you paid extra for an exec lounge room I'd ask for a refund of the difference from a standard room.
