You should be able to use the CZ lounge at PVG, although it's not great. I've only used their lounge before CZ domestic flights, so I'm not sure how the lounge is for intraAsia flights. (DL uses a shared contract lounge over the gate area for their departing BE passengers at PVG.) You can also use their elite check in line as SkyTeam ElitePlus.
