UPDATE:

The Hilton DUB website states now the following:
The Hilton Dublin Airport hotel offers complimentary pick up service from the Airport to the hotel. The airport pick up point is located in the coach park in Zone 14. Please be advised that there is a €2.00 surcharge for the shuttle bus departing from the hotel to the airport. Children under the age of 12 can avail of the service complimentary
So it's free from the Airport, but it's 2 Euros to the Airport.
