As LDNConsultant noted, if it's not Asiana mileage there might be a delay It took an extra day to show status after I had UA miles credited last year. If you head to the Asiana office to get the card when it shows your new status in the Asiana system you might have issues with your status showing on other *A flights for a while. Picked up my card in Manila two days before the flight out and got a complete blow off from the UA staff at MNL for *G (just got my Diamond) but things were fine in GUM and NRT ( also got $150 in credit after complaining).
