Facebook does not scan your computer, it does not watch what you do on the web, and it won't make somebody your friend simply because they use your computer.

Separate accounts do not talk to each other.

If you believe any of that is actually happening, you really should not be using Facebook. If Facebook is making any suggestions, it's based pretty much on information you have given it, not anything it collected from your computer without you knowing.
