(I think they might be overcompensating with the automatic prompts on their machines that suggest tips from 15% to 25%, but I digress ... )
Same thing with restaurants that want you to tip 20-25%.
Even the best of service only deserves 15% or so and 10% is for average.
None if they don't deserve it (although in America I have had a waitress chase after me for not leaving a tip when she didn't even do a very good job)
