But I cannot for the life of me see the point in hanging around a forum like this day in and day out simply to wait for people to post who don't understand the rules in order to be rude to them and simply to tell them that they should understand them.
In his opening post the OP said nothing about not understanding the rules.....he just expressed his severe disappointment at BA for not providing him with the service he expected but wasn't allowed.
If he had asked for advice because he said he didn't understand the rules then I suspect everything that followed would have been hunky dory.
