Well that was at check-in, I had left home at at 2am, so yes i probably looked like I had been hit by a bus. She then went on to say I will not be served any drinks at the lounge. Neither the lounge agents or LH crew could believe (she called the lounge). A very rude woman with serious issues, with no place in the service industry.
But the RTG (AY) or Servisair agents aren't any better at HEL.
