Complaining to Chase wont get anywhere. They are unlike any other card company I have seen or even heard of. I never transferred any points but had issues with them in the past with programs not being supported as stated in their own terms and conditions. The funny thing is that all the bloggers love Chase to death yet on any issue, even this one they act in this manner. No other card company will fight customers so hard without coming to a logical settlement. In this case return the points and tell the not to transfer, whatever.The funny think about letters to Jamie Dimon is they probably go on a conveyor belt to the shredder and then used in the fireplace. You will be luck to get a form letter that states sorry and have a nice day.
